1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Creator”, or “Viewer”) and Secret Mens Business (“SMB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of our short-form video streaming platform, creator studios, APIs, mobile web applications, and website services hosted on hippos.ltd.

By creating an account, browsing videos as a guest, uploading content, or purchasing virtual credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using Secret Mens Business immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your authenticated account.
• One Person, One Account: You may not sell, trade, or transfer your account credentials without our explicit written permission.

3. Creator Content & Conduct

Creators retain ownership of original videos, graphics, audio tracks, and descriptions uploaded to Secret Mens Business. However, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and permissions for all media submitted.

4. License to Secret Mens Business

By uploading, posting, or transmitting video content to Secret Mens Business, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with right to sub-license) to host, cache, transcode, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, delivering, and promoting the Secret Mens Business platform across global edge networks (including Cloudflare Stream and CDN partners).

5. Virtual Goods, Credits & Monetization

• Platform Credits: Secret Mens Business offers virtual credits used for tipping creators, unlocking exclusive video content, and purchasing digital perks. Credits do not constitute real currency, legal tender, or investment instruments.
• Non-Refundable: All credit purchases and creator tips are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Creator Payouts: Creators eligible for monetization agree to comply with tax reporting requirements and payment processing terms established by our third-party payment partners.
• Anti-Fraud: We reserve the right to audit, freeze, or reverse credit transactions suspected of fraudulent activity, card testing, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized exploitation.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA Takedown Policy

Secret Mens Business respects copyright law and responds promptly to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our service, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material URL or story identifier on hippos.ltd.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
• A statement of good faith belief and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any user account or access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms other users, infringes third-party rights, or poses a security risk to the platform.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

SECRET MENS BUSINESS AND ALL CONTENT, VIDEOS, VIRTUAL CREDITS, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRET MENS BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND CLOUD PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Sydney, New South Wales.
